Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management, from pre-construction to close-out.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain excellent communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with construction management software, such as Procore or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
