Job Details
We’re looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up and/or renovation construction, ideally with experience in self-perform trades.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial projects
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, safety, and contract administration
- Experience with Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools
- Ability to lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and interface with owners and architects
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and scopes from preconstruction through closeout
- Leading jobsite coordination meetings and ensuring field operations align with project goals
- Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve problems and deliver results
- Maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentoring Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and other support staff as needed
