POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Landscape Construction Project Manager for our esteemed landscaping team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the seamless execution of landscape projects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and construction crews, you'll ensure projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and upholding the highest quality standards. Your mastery in project management and landscaping is instrumental in transforming outdoor spaces, crafting captivating landscapes that seamlessly blend with the natural allure of the Rocky Mountain region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Oversight:
Manage multiple large-scale residential projects from estimation through completion.
Client Satisfaction and Financial Management:
Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are achieved.
Handle financial aspects of assigned projects, including negotiation and management of project buyouts.
Safety and Coordination:
Implement job-site safety programs to foster a secure working environment.
Conduct field layout and coordinate with subcontractors.
Technical Proficiency:
Read blueprints, visualize efficient construction methods, and employ creative construction means to achieve desired results.
Project Administration:
Manage project budgets, scheduling, crew organization, and subcontractor coordination.
Leadership and Training:
Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to Assistant Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Foremen, and Crew Leaders.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum of five years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex construction concepts to stakeholders.
Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession.
