Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary client representative, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
2. Manage and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
3. Oversee hotel, remodel, and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
4. Define project goals and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
6. Oversee all aspects of commercial and hospitality construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
7. Regularly review project progress, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
8. Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process.
9. Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality construction.
3. Proven experience as a client representative, with strong customer service skills.
4. Experience managing vendors and subcontractors.
5. Familiarity with luxury construction, hotel, remodel, and renovation projects.
6. Ability to define project goals and develop detailed project plans.
7. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
10. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
11. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
12. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
