- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Lead project teams and collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitable outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction.
- Strong proficiency in construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30-hour are preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
