Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Lead project teams and collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction.
  • Strong proficiency in construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30-hour are preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
