Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of project management experience in construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
