Construction Project Manager

Based in the greater Portland area, we are a full service construction management company and general contractor with a diverse portfolio including higher education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial projects. We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our growing team. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for relationship building and management with customers and subcontractors
• Manages estimate and bid processes from start to finish including hard bids, abstract bids, and budgeting
• Responsible for performing take-offs
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously varying in size, scope, and project stage
• Coordination and management of pre-mid meetings
• Conduct job site reviews and walk throughs
• Review estimates and present to subcontractors and internal partners
• Work directly with engineering, design, and various trades to ensure project scope, timelines, and milestone dates are being met.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical/technical projects
• Experience managing multiple projects at one time ranging from $10k-10M
• Skilled in estimating - must be proficient in a construction estimating software
• Experienced with commercial and industrial project build outs and retrofits including data centers, semiconductor, labs, and other related projects.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous design build experience preferred
