We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Project Manager to join our team on a ground-up market rate Multifamily project in Naples, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports using Procore software
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Manage and mentor project team members, including assistant project managers, superintendents, and other staff
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and quality

• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Construction related field
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, including market rate apartments, podium, and garden-style projects
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of project staff
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Proficiency in Procore software and other project management tools
