What You’ll Do:
What We’re Looking For:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from precon to closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor costs and project budgets, working closely with accounting and procurement
- Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and adherence to contract requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction documents, means, and methods
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) and project management software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
