- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Oversee scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety protocols
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Solve challenges proactively to maintain project progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (5+ years preferred)
- Background in commercial, multifamily, or industrial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
