- Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee all phases of construction from budgeting to final delivery
- Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure quality control
- Drive schedules, manage budgets, and proactively mitigate risks
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Mentor junior staff and foster a positive jobsite culture
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PM experience in commercial or institutional construction
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
