Our company is seeking a Permanent Sr. Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is integral to the successful planning, design, and execution of our construction projects across a variety of sectors including mixed use construction, retail, and hospitality.

Work Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Review work progress on daily basis and ensure that the project stays on the agreed schedule.
6. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project is executed on time and within budget.

- One of the following: Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering or relevant equivalent work + field based experience is preferred.
- 5-20+ years of professional experience in hospitality, commercial, retail, and/or mixed use construction project management.
- Commutable proximity to Corona, CA (1 hour driving distance or less is preferred)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to sites all throughout Southern CA, pending which projects you are assigned.
- A well put together project list demonstrating experience in hospitality, commercial, retail, and/or mixed use projects.
- Proficiency in using professional software like Procore and ProjectSight.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage.
