Job Details
7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience
Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments
Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documents
Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas
Manages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.
Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams
Highly developed project management finance skills are required
