Established GC in LA/OC is looking for a Project Manager to help grow their division!

We are an established general contractor that has been in business for many years in the LA/OC area. We are building out our TI division and looking for a Project Manager to help lead the department. This is a rare career growth opportunity that does not come around often.
Commercial construction experience is a must, more specifically corporate TI project experience at/over $10M in value. We have projects lined up for many years and looking for someone to join us immediately.

Job Details
- Experience working on commercial renovation projects
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for a GC
- Ability to lead a department
- Construction software experience
- Ability to visit sites in OC and LA
