Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead all aspects of project execution, including subcontractor oversight, scheduling, and cost control
- Maintain client relationships and act as point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
- Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven success managing $10M+ ground-up or complex renovation projects
- Strong scheduling (P6/MS Project), budget tracking, and RFI/submittal management
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar preferred
