We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Construction Project Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide array of construction projects from concept to completion. This role is well-suited to a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial, lab, multifamily, and ground-up construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

1. Manage a portfolio of construction projects, including commercial, lab, multifamily, and ground-up projects.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed to specification.
3. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.
5. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
6. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
7. Resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
8. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
9. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing commercial, lab, multifamily, and ground-up construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, safety standards, and regulations.
4. Proficient in project management software and standard office software, including MS Office.
5. Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and coordinate the work of others.
6. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
