Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of construction projects from beginning to end. You will be managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of all project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, estimating, client relations, and a business development mindset. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management and estimating.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
