Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the company-wide safety strategy, aligning programs with business goals and fostering a proactive safety culture
  • Oversee the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in compliance with CAL/OSHA and other regulations
  • Lead safety analytics and reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis for executive leadership
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for incidents and near misses
  • Manage environmental, health, and safety programs across all worksites and facilities
  • Partner with HR and Risk to support injury case management and return-to-work programs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing safety team across multiple regions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related area of study
  • 5+ years of experience leading safety teams in construction or field operations environments
  • Experience with CAL/OSHA regulations and enterprise safety strategy implementation
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and safety data reporting systems
  • Certifications such as OSHA 10, 30, 500, CSM, or CSP preferred
