Job Details
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Sales Executive who can drive business development efforts across Southeast Michigan. This role will focus on building relationships with potential clients, developing sales strategies, and partnering with internal teams to win work and ensure smooth project transitions. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and familiar with the local commercial construction market.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, owners, architects, and other industry stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events and association functions
- Work with preconstruction and estimating teams to support bid preparation and project scoping
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM or internal systems
- Collaborate with leadership to set and meet sales goals
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction sales or related business development role
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and terminology
- Existing network of industry relationships in Southeast Michigan preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field a plus
