Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive construction project schedules and monitor progress, making updates as necessary to keep projects on track.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure that all tasks are scheduled correctly and completed within the designated timeframe.
3. Identify potential delays or problems in the schedule and propose solutions to mitigate any negative impact.
4. Utilize advanced scheduling software to maintain accurate and up-to-date project timelines.
5. Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the original plan and proposing corrective actions.
6. Participate in project meetings, providing insight and updates on the project schedule.
7. Collaborate with the project team to understand and address any issues that may impact the project schedule.
8. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all scheduling activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or related role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Project.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
5. Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential delays and propose effective solutions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate schedule details to a variety of stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
