Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.
Generate look-ahead schedules and progress reports for internal teams and clients.
Support preconstruction efforts by creating baseline schedules and assisting with bid proposals.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project controls.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple schedules across various project phases.
