Job Details
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on Life Sciences, Education, or Healthcare projects.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.
Experience with risk management and quality control processes.
Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
