Job Details
We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects in Grand Rapids and Detroit. In this role, you will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. - Planning and scheduling daily construction activities.
- Supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflows.
- Conducting regular site inspections to uphold safety protocols and building codes.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Maintaining detailed progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Grand Rapids (49503) or Detroit (48226), with potential travel between sites.
