Job Details
Direct daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
Coordinate closely with Project Managers on look-ahead scheduling and resource planning
Manage subcontractors and self-performed crews to meet production targets
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project requirements
Maintain accurate site documentation including RFIs, change orders, and as-builts
Oversee on-site QA/QC practices and enforce safety standards
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction site management or supervision involving multi-trade projects
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong scheduling and organizational skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion
Preferred:
Prior experience managing federal government construction projects (e.g. Army Corps, VA, NAVFAC)
OSHA 30 certification, CPR/First Aid, and/or USACE Quality Control certification (not required)
