- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
- OSHA certification preferred
