Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and managing subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
- Manage inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
