Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise field activities, including construction methods, sequencing, staffing, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
  • Manage daily jobsite operations and maintain accurate reports documenting progress, manpower, and site conditions.
  • Monitor productivity, verify completed work, and provide input for project cost forecasts and schedule updates.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support planned activities.
  • Work with client representatives and project teams to ensure construction meets drawings, specifications, and schedule requirements.
  • Identify and resolve field issues involving productivity, trade coordination, resource availability, and construction execution.
  • Support the evaluation and negotiation of scope changes and project claims.
  • Enforce jobsite safety requirements through weekly inspections, toolbox talks, and documented corrective actions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and field execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise large crews and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
