Project Details:

• Wood framing starting in 2 months - NEED someone before then in order to get them up and running
• 30 units, 40 bedrooms, 7 stories

Requirements:

• 3-5 years construction industry experience
• Wood framing and podium experience
• Type 3 construction experience
• Must have worked on at least (1) multifamily project from ground up
• Bluebeam Software experience
