Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project progress
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
  • Implement cost-effective management techniques and prevent scope creep
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly in ground-up projects or pre-engineered metal buildings
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, practices, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with construction management software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites

We value both hands-on experience from the trades and formal education in construction-related fields. A degree is not required, but a strong background in construction management is essential.
