- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project progress
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
- Implement cost-effective management techniques and prevent scope creep
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly in ground-up projects or pre-engineered metal buildings
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, practices, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with construction management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
