**Construction Superintendent **

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Manage project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to all building codes and specifications.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges.
  • Maintain continuous communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project alignment with client expectations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role in commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications and licensure related to construction management.
