Construction Superintendent

We're actively hiring for a full-time Construction Superintendent to join our team for an on-site role. As a Construction Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as maintaining communication with management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Construction Superintendent
• Deep understanding of construction activities, particularly Lake Excavation, Road Building, and Utility Installation
• Familiarity with Trimble grading system preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
