- Oversee day-to-day operations of large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across Michigan
