Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of field operations for assigned projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and on-site activities to achieve project goals.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to on-site teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent with projects ranging from $5M to $50M.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.).
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid are highly valued.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
