Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Oversee all aspects of field operations for assigned projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and on-site activities to achieve project goals.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address challenges and keep projects on track.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to on-site teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent with projects ranging from $5M to $50M.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.).
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid are highly valued.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
