Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Associates Degree or equivalent
• 5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Assist with day to day flow of projects
• Superintendents are responsible for developing, understanding, and maintaining the project schedule. You will work closely with the PM during project set-up.
• Previous experience on Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Academic/Institutional, Life Sciences & Technology, Multi-family Housing, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
• Solid organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of technical professionals.
• Effectively coordinate and work independently with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements.
