Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and supervise construction projects of varying sizes, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
**Experience / Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 5 years experience in a superintendent role.
- 15 years of experience in the construction trades.
- Prior experience in commercial construction projects with a general contractor.
- Possession of LEED®, Lean, OSHA, or other relevant industry certifications is advantageous.
- Experience in healthcare, institutional, or critical care construction environments.
- Deep understanding of building systems, especially structural and exterior envelopes.
- Proficient in CPM scheduling using Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
