We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent On-Site Construction Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of construction project superintendent, single family construction, and superintendent. This is a permanent position that requires the candidate to be on-site at all times to oversee the construction process. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed within the specified timeline and budget.
• Manage and coordinate with various subcontractors, ensuring that they adhere to the project's specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and budget updates.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and to identify any potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that all materials and equipment are used efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of construction project superintendent, single family construction, and superintendent.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site at all times.
