Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols
  • Manage quality control and assurance processes
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong background in design-build projects is highly desired
  • Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
