Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
  • Lead, direct, and manage subcontractors and laborers on-site.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets while addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure constructability.
  • Maintain daily field reports and manage on-site documentation.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
