- Oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Lead, direct, and manage subcontractors and laborers on-site.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets while addressing any challenges that arise.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure constructability.
- Maintain daily field reports and manage on-site documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
