- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Associates Degree or equivalent
- 5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Assist with day to day flow of projects
- Superintendents are responsible for developing, understanding, and maintaining the project schedule. You will work closely with the PM during project set-up.
- Previous experience on Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Academic/Institutional, Life Sciences & Technology, Multi-family Housing, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
- Solid organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of technical professionals.
- Effectively coordinate and work independently with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements.
