Job Details
We’re looking for a Superintendent with an associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in construction supervision. Responsibilities include managing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and crews, enforcing safety protocols, ensuring work aligns with blueprints and schedules, and resolving issues as they arise. Candidates should be physically capable, detail-oriented, and skilled in team communication.
