The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards. This role serves as the day‑to‑day leader on the jobsite and works closely with project management and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Oversee all on‑site construction operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite at all times
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and quality
- Communicate daily progress and challenges to project management
- Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
- Complete daily reports, site documentation, and quality control checks
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and jobsite personnel
- Experience managing schedules, site logistics, and field coordination
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in the Metro Detroit market preferred
