A commercial GC focused heavily on industrial and distribution projects is adding a Superintendent to support a growing backlog along the I-10 corridor in the West Valley.

Their work is concentrated in Goodyear, Buckeye, and Avondale, primarily delivering tilt-wall, warehouse, and logistics facilities for regional and national developers.

They’re looking for someone who can run jobs start to finish or step into a Lead Superintendent role over time, depending on experience.

All projects are typically within a 20–30 minute drive of the West Valley, avoiding cross-Valley travel.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • On-site leadership for ground-up industrial projects
  • Subcontractor coordination and daily scheduling
  • Safety oversight and quality control
  • Managing project timelines and inspections

  • 5–12 years in a field leadership role
  • Experience with tilt-wall or warehouse construction
  • Ability to run projects independently or with limited oversight
