Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, including, but not limited to, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
2. Manage the construction project budget, ensuring all work is carried out within the stipulated financial parameters.
3. Lead and manage the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
4. Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are followed accurately.
5. Conduct quality control checks regularly to ensure the work is in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
6. Resolve any issues or delays that occur on the construction site in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
8. Prepare and submit regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
9. Implement risk management procedures to minimize project delays and costs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role with Multi-Family experience required.
3. Proven experience in budget management and team leadership.
4. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
8. Proficient in using construction management software.
9. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
10. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
