Responsibilities:
Qualifications:

- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and work prgoress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily field reports and RFIs
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Manage resource allocation and material ordering for construction sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, practices, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents
- Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
