Job Details
Our client seeks a mid-level litigation associate (4+ years) to join their thriving consumer class action practice. You'll work on cutting-edge consumer protection matters representing plaintiffs against major corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute case strategies alongside senior attorneys
* Draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and appellate submissions
* Manage discovery and draft related documents
* Research complex legal issues and help develop novel legal theories
* Collaborate with experts and analyze data to support claims
* Participate in all phases of litigation from initial investigation through appeal
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably including class action work
* Outstanding legal writing and analytical skills
* Experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs
* Strong academic credentials
* Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Federal court clerkship
* Law Review or Journal experience
* Prior experience in consumer protection, complex commercial litigation, or appellate work
