Job Details
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage cases and clients through all stages of litigation
- Research and draft complaints, motions, and briefs
- Participate in all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions
- Gain substantive litigation and trial experience
- Collaborate with a collegial team of experienced antitrust attorneys
Qualifications:
- California bar admission, experience with federal court practice, and strong research and writing skills
- Experience or interest in Consumer Protection Class Actions, Employment Law, and/or False Claims / Whistleblower Law
- Senior associates must also have broad litigation experience, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial(s) and expertise in case development and management
