Job Details
We are looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges, improving processes, reducing waste, and leading Lean initiatives. This is a highly visible position that partners with Engineering, Production, Quality and Maintenance to improve efficiency, quality, safety and cost throughout the manufacturing operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making measurable improvements on the plant floor and wants to have a direct impact on manufacturing performance while working with an organization committed to continuous improvement.

This person will be leading plant-wide continuous improvement projects focused on improving quality, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and partnering with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who love improving manufacturing processes and driving Lean initiatives. The hiring manager wants someone who has experience working in automotive manufacturing and ideally has hands-on exposure to plastic or rubber injection molding operations.
