You should know / have some of the following:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma.
Implement TPM, VSM, SPS and promote utilization of key process tools throughout the two facilities to identify and eliminate unfavorable gaps in performance tied to business KPI’s.
Develop and deploy DMS using structured problem solving A4 Methodology.
Ability to lead, engage and train employees on TOS and continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to 6 Sigma, 5S. Lean, OEE and others. Partner with HR leadership on broader training plans and processes.
Responsible for discrete categories of OEE opportunity including tracking downtime results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data.
