Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong leadership ability and presence while working in a team matrix organization
Action and hands-on orientated focus on driving improvement and solving root cause problems in CI
Strong project and budget management skills to implement business unit plans and monitor performance to plan
Demonstrated lean manufacturing and improvement strategy development and implementation
Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external audiences from the production floor to the C-suite
Experience
- Develop organizational strategy and direction
- Facilitate Lean 6s events
- Manage programs and projects using Lean 6s methodologies
Required Skills & Knowledge

- 5+ years of progressive materials, manufacturing, and operations project leadership experience
- Experience conducting Kaizen events
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering, technology or science-related areas
- Blackbelt certification preferred
