Job Details

  • 3-5 years of experience providing general Help Desk support in a technical function/environment
  • Basic network knowledge & understanding of permissions, shares, groups & policies
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with patience and desire to identify & resolve root problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS X
  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, Networking Concepts
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems as well as troubleshooting methods
  • Adding/deleting users in Active Directory and administering group policy objects
  • Knowledge and experience using ticketing systems
